Returns

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns under the following conditions:
• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Condition of Items: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Any used or damaged items cannot be returned.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@riskwatches.com or call +201101894919 with your order number and reason for the return.
• Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, we’ll be happy to assist you.
• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Condition of Items: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@riskwatches.com or call +201101894919 with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping cost for the new item being sent to you.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a free return shipping label and send you a replacement or refund the full purchase price.


How to Return or Exchange Your Item

2. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure for return shipping.
3. Ship the Item Back: Send the item to the address we provide. Please keep your tracking number for reference.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:
• Sale or final clearance items


Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Exchange Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping for your exchange if the item is being exchanged for a similar-priced item.
