Exchange or return is allowed in the following cases:
• If the watch arrived damaged or broken due to shipping, or has a manufacturing defect, provided that the watch is unused and in its original packaging (box intact - stickers intact - the sticker on the back has not been removed).
• Requests for return or exchange must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Exchange or return is not allowed in the following cases:
• If the watch has been used or worn for more than 24 hours.
• If any stickers or special packaging of the watch have been removed.
• If more than 24 hours have passed since receiving the order without submitting a complaint, in the case of no obvious manufacturing defect.
• If the original box or all accessories are missing.
Steps for requesting an exchange or return:
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the watch.
• Send clear photos of the watch from all angles, along with an explanation of the issue.
• After reviewing the case, we will coordinate with the shipping company for pickup and exchange or refund.
Refund Policy:
• A refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the watch. Shipping costs or a small fee may be deducted in some cases, depending on the reason.
