Exchange or Return is allowed in the following cases:


  • If the watch arrived damaged due to shipping or had a manufacturing defect that was confirmed by the model and the original parts were complete and undamaged, then the item will be exchanged or returned. The item will be exchanged or returned after removing the protective sticker from the back of the watch.
  • Requests for exchange or return should be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

 

Exchange is not allowed in the following cases:


  • If the product has been used, especially after more than 48 hours of receiving it.
  • If the product was sold as non-refundable or has been altered, such as using the watch strap or the seal being broken.


Exchange or Return Steps:

 

  • Contact us within 48 hours from the time of receiving the item.
  • Send the product in its original condition, with all packaging intact, and with a detailed explanation of the issue.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the return or exchange request is confirmed. A small fee may be deducted for handling or shipping, depending on the case.
